IMF Continues Call For Global Currency

Dominique Strauss-Kahn, the head of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), announced last week that the IMF is preparing to one day heed the call for a global reserve currency to take the place of the dollar.  This is worrisome considering that the Euro, which used to do better than the dollar, is tanking in Europe.  Strauss-Kahn in a speech said, “That day has not yet come, but I think it is intellectually healthy to explore these kinds of ideas now.”  The IMF has already moved to using a basket of currencies and plans to use that same method of special drawing rights to set up a global currency.  Last year, both China and Russia called for a move away from the dollar and Vladimir Putin even carried around a coin that he referred to as a new global currency.

The nations of the world were locked together in a global economy after World War II to prevent a future world war.  Thus, whenever one country starts to falter, every country is affected.  The IMF was formed in 1944 at this time to oversee this global financial system. The IMF has grown from 45 original members to 186 countries.  One person’s idea of a global system to prevent war is another person’s way of implementing a new world order after a global economic collapse.

If you think that a global currency is far off in the distant future, than it is time to wake up.  There are organizations like the Single Global Currency Organization that are already pushing for a global currency to meet the demands of a global economy.  Their website states, ” The Single Global Currency Association was incorporated in June, 2003 in the U.S. State of Maine.  Morrison Bonpasse is the first President of the Association, with his term running through 2015.   He publicly declared his support for the Single Global Currency during his campaign for State Representative in 2002.”

Paul Volcker, former Federal Reserve Chairman, actually made that statement for the need of a global currency.  Keep in mind that Volcker is the Chariman of President Obama’s Economic Recovery Advisory Board.  The systematic dismantling of America’s free market system by the government makes it very apparent that there is an effort to push the world into an economic emergency that would birth a new global currency.  And what better to run a global currency, than a global government?

Interpol’s Obama Protectionism

The blogosphere has been buzzing with a story and an Executive Order that has flown under the radar.  Last week, Barack Obama signed an amendment to Executive Order 12425.  The Executive Order announcement from the Office of The Spokesmoron reads:

The White House

Office of the Press Secretary

For Immediate Release
December 17, 2009

Executive Order — Amending Executive Order 12425

EXECUTIVE ORDER
– – – – – – –

AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER 12425 DESIGNATING INTERPOL
AS A PUBLIC INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION ENTITLED TO
ENJOY CERTAIN PRIVILEGES, EXEMPTIONS, AND IMMUNITIES

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including section 1 of the International Organizations Immunities Act (22 U.S.C. 288), and in order to extend the appropriate privileges, exemptions, and immunities to the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL), it is hereby ordered that Executive Order 12425 of June 16, 1983, as amended, is further amended by deleting from the first sentence the words “except those provided by Section 2(c), Section 3, Section 4, Section 5, and Section 6 of that Act” and the semicolon that immediately precedes them.

BARACK OBAMA

Upon reading this, many people would just pass over the legalese as nothing to worry about. Scrutiny of the particular section referenced proves how nefarious this action is to America. Section (c) reads:

(c) Property and assets of international organizations, wherever located and by whomsoever held, shall be immune from search, unless such immunity be expressly waived, and from confiscation. The archives of international organizations shall be inviolable.

That is inviolable by even United States sovereignty.  That would include the Interpol office in the Department of Defense.  This protects Interpol from the Freedom of Information Act.  Several bloggers have pointed out that the United States could hand documents over to Interpol to keep them from American citizens.  The President has now exempted Interpol from search and seizure.  This places Interpol above the FBI, CIA and the Constitution.

During the reign of the Third Reich and Hitler, Interpol was under the jurisdiction of the SS.  Interpol was headquartered in Austria and Hitler knew that whoever ruled Austria would have control of Interpol.  Germany conquered Austria early during World War II and thus the SS had control of Interpol.  Interpol elected a Nazi as their vice-president in 1937.  That Nazi, General Kurt Daluege, was executed for war crimes in 1946.  The presence of Nazis in Interpol did not deter the FBI from seeking membership with Interpol and it did so under J. Edgar Hoover.  The U.S. paid $1,500 in annual dues and gained membership in 1938.

In 1996, Interpol signed a partnership agreement with the United nations and the two work hand in hand in their efforts.  Interpol’s website states that the agreement provides for the following:

“The co-operation agreement grants the two organizations observer status in sessions of their respective general assemblies. The agreement outlines further areas in which the two organizations could co-ordinate their efforts:

  • responding to the needs of the international community in fighting crime
  • assisting states in their efforts to combat organized crime
  • co-operating in the implementation of the mandates of international judicial bodies
  • carrying out joint investigations and other police-related matters in the context of peace-keeping
  • establishing joint databases related to penal law.”

Anyone who has observed the history of the United Nations, finds their claims of peacekeeping to be laughable. Their peacekeepers raped African women. The United Nations has worked for years to put American sovereignty under international treaties and now apparently, Interpol is working towards that same end.

I expect our next move will be to join the International Criminal Court, which will again undermine American sovereignty.  And Obama would probably love to present former vice president Dick Cheney to that court for war crimes.  Andy McCarthy of National Review Online rightly asks, “Why would we elevate an international police force above American law? Why would we immunize an international police force from the limitations that constrain the FBI and other American law-enforcement agencies? Why is it suddenly necessary to have, within the Justice Department, a repository for stashing government files which, therefore, will be beyond the ability of Congress, American law-enforcement, the media, and the American people to scrutinize?”  McCarthy also covers the history of Executive Order 12425 originally signed by Ronald Reagan, but with stipulations that left Interpol open to U.S. search and seizure.

Obama promised that he and his groupies were “five days away from fundamentally changing America.”  The past year has revealed to what lengths Obama and his administration will go to in order to create that fundamental change.  He did promise hope and change.  America has gotten that change and it is erasing our hope.  The New Global World Order’s infrastructure is being built around us.

Creepy Pledge To Obama Re-Surfaces

In January 2009, a video headed up by Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore appeared on YouTube.  I was horrified at the time, but had forgotten about it until recent reports revealed that school districts in Utah were showing the video to school children.  Here is that creepy video of the elitist Hollywood libtards pledging to be servants to the President:

Now we also have been informed that the President will be indoctrinating the children of America during school hours on September 8th.  Parents are planning to keep their children home and Texas school districts are otping out of the curriculum for that day.  I think parents should let their children attend school that day and join them so that they are informed of the type of indcotrination that Obamaism is pushing on our children.  Is the President going to say more than just how great a good education is and that children should stay in school?  My bet is that he will.  There is something sinister behind the scenes here because this video address will be shown to all grades K-12.  What exactly are Kindergartners suppose to glean from the President’s message?

There is also a directed curriculum from the White House of specific questions that teachers are suppose to address with their classes after the program.  Questions like, “What can I do for the President?” and “What is the President asking me to do?”  I would assume that he wants them to join his Brownshirts Civilian Corp.  Here is the curriculum:

Teachers can build background knowledge about the President of the United States and his speech by reading books about presidents and Barack Obama and motivate students by asking the following questions: Who is the President of the United States? What do you think it takes to be President? To whom do you think the President is going to be speaking? Why do you think he wants to speak to you? What do you think he will say to you?

Teachers can ask students to imagine being the President delivering a speech to all of the students in the United States. What would you tell students? What can students do to help in our schools? Teachers can chart ideas about what they would say.

Why is it important that we listen to the President and other elected officials, like the mayor, senators, members of congress, or the governor? Why is what they say important?
During the Speech:

As the President speaks, teachers can ask students to write down key ideas or phrases that are important or personally meaningful. Students could use a note-taking graphic organizer such as a Cluster Web, or students could record their thoughts on sticky notes. Younger children can draw pictures and write as appropriate. As students listen to the speech, they could think about the following: What is the President trying to tell me? What is the President asking me to do? What new ideas and actions is the President challenging me to think about?

Students can record important parts of the speech where the President is asking them to do something. Students might think about: What specific job is he asking me to do? Is he asking anything of anyone else? Teachers? Principals? Parents? The American people?

Students can record any questions they have while he is speaking and then discuss them after the speech. Younger children may need to dictate their questions.
After the Speech:

Teachers could ask students to share the ideas they recorded, exchange sticky notes or stick notes on a butcher paper poster in the classroom to discuss main ideas from the speech, i.e. citizenship, personal responsibility, civic duty.

Students could discuss their responses to the following questions: What do you think the President wants us to do? Does the speech make you want to do anything? Are we able to do what President Obama is asking of us? What would you like to tell the President?

Teachers could encourage students to participate in the Department of Education’s “I Am What I Learn” video contest.

What is our country coming to here?  We must protect the children above all and counter the propaganda coming from the White House!  Oh yes, dear Dictator.  Third world countries plaster their leader everywhere as well.

Global World Order Rearing Its Head

The G8 Summit last week appeared to be a big zero in regards to moving forward any substantive agreements in regards to greenhouse gas emissions and hot spots in the world like Iran, but the world’s spotlight on Italy did reveal a growing movement towards some type of global world order.  For years, tinfoil-wearing conspiracy theorists have been scoffed at, but perhaps they have been slightly on the right track.  Pope Benedict wrote in an encyclical titled “Charity in Truth” that a “world political authority” was needed because of the worldwide economic recession and crisis.  The Pope went even further calling on a form of “redistribution” of worldwide wealth to help those most affected economically.  That sounds to me like a one world government with a one world economy.

Russian President Medvedev called for a supranational currency and even produced a prototype minted in Belgium in the form of a coin.  The words that the coin beared read, “Unity in diversity.”  The heads of the G8 delegation each received a coin.  Medvedev said that the coin “means they’re getting ready.  I think it’s a good sign that we understand how interdependent we are.”  Several countries from Brazil to China have been calling for a change from the dollar when it comes to reserve currency and the IMF seems to be complying with suggestions of a multi-currency reserve.

And we have a president who readily embraces such talk as he travels around the world apologizing for America and trying to make nice with all of our enemies, shaking hands with the likes of Hugo Chavez and Mohmar Khadafi.
