Obama Promises To Destroy Businesses

In this jobless climate, it still amazes me that the President is promising to raise taxes on businesses and make sure that even those evil international businesses pay their fair share.  And now Obama has put another nail in the coffin.  Bending over and grabbing his ankles for the unions, the President has promised to do away with the secret ballots that help protect both employees and employers when it comes to “union talk”.  Why doesn’t the President just proclaim, “I hate Wal-Mart?”  Unions have destoyed the American car business.  They have destroyed the excellence you expect at the Disney Parks – if you have been recently, you probably wonder where the magic went.  The unions served a purpose at one time, but not anymore.  Now they destroy.  And the government supports that.  Vice President Joe Biden runs down to give a secret speech at a posh resort for United Auto Workers’ leaders who are living it up on the hard working employees’ dime.  Those same employees they pretend to care about.

The President said, “We will pass the Employee Free Choice Act.”  This Act makes it easier  for unions to recruit workers because employees can join by signing cards rather than through secret-ballot elections.  These secret-ballot elections allow businesses to campaign against unionization.  Several companies, organizations and the US Chamber of Commerce have campaigned against the measure.  After the President’s remarks, Labor Secretary Hilda Solis, who is very pro-labor, held a meeting with AFL-CIO officials.

So how exactly is the President going to save jobs?  Oh that’s right, everyone will work for the government – the only sector not suffering right now.
